AUTHENTICITY

  • We do not support, or condone the sale of fakes, variants, B-grades, or knockoffs. 
  • All of our branded items are 100% authentic guaranteed or your money back. We stand behind the integrity of our business, and believe in providing a safe buying environment for all of our customers. 

SIZING

  • Our items are standard US/EU sizing.
  • The majority of our items have measurements listed on the product page for convenience. For sizing help, please refer to our sizing chart, or contact us at support@clubgiv.com, and a representative will be happy to assist. 
  • Sizing is done according to measurement, not size tag.
  • When we say an item "fits true to size" this means that the item is standard US/EU sizing (the item fits true to measured US/EU sizing).
  • We cannot offer returns on items that are too small. We can assist with exchanges or store credit. Please follow provided recommendations when selecting size, or contact us prior to purchasing for assistance.

ITEM CONDITION

  • All items are in brand new condition unless otherwise stated.
  • We may occasionally list used, "grail" (extremely rare) items, but the item condition and all flaws will be clearly detailed, and defined in the listing.

VAULT COLLECTION 1 YEAR WARRANTY

  • Certain items within our vault collection are covered under a limited, one year warranty.
  • Our exclusive warranty covers any damage, discoloration, or disrepair to eligible items with a free no-hassle replacement/exchange for the same item, or another item of equal or lesser value within 1 year of purchase.
  • In order to be eligible for warranty: (1) purchase must have been within one calendar year, (2) item must be sent to Club Giv LLC for exchange, (3) item cannot have already been replaced/exchanged. 
  • Abuse or negligent treatment of item(s) is not covered under warranty.

I NEVER GOT MY STUFF, WHAT THE HECK?

  • For non-received items, a full refund, exchange, or store credit will be provided after 45 days, at the buyer's discretion. 
  • Please alert us if your item has not been received within 30 days, and we will begin the refund/exchange process.
  • If after 45 days you still have not received your product, we will issue you a full refund of purchase price + shipping, or store credit of equal or lesser value to be used exclusively on www.clubgiv.com.

  • Our team operates domestically within the United States and internationally. Our garments, fabrics, and products are globally and domestically sourced, inspected, and manufactured according to the highest quality and ethical standards.
